After being purchased, fresh garlic is pre-processed at the NK VIET NAM factory, then washed with purified drinking water to ensure the highest possible food safety standards.
After being fermented in a specialized incubator for 30 to 40 days, the fresh garlic transforms into black garlic.
The whole black garlic bulbs are then peeled, dried, and ground into powder. The final product is 100% black garlic powder with no additives or preservatives, Non-GMO.
